About the Event
A lot of times, we don’t talk about what challenges we may be facing, or what stresses we are experiencing. These topics are sometimes seen as taboo and we hope to undo those stigmas. Wellness Writing is an invitation to tap into discomfort and explore topics such as personal challenges, that are usually not discussed. We offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to explore these themes in a one-hour session.
In this session, we explore, discover, and re-discover our identities, asking ourselves "Who am I?" What are the things that shape and change our identity? What happens when our true self doesn't match up with the self we've been built up by our environment to be? Who do we want to be and how do we want to show up in the world?
There is no right or wrong way to show up to Wellness Writing; what’s important is that you show up. Please bring your full presence, and prepare to be camera-ready to engage!
