About the Event

A lot of times, we don’t talk about what challenges we may be facing, or what stresses we are experiencing. These topics are sometimes seen as taboo and we hope to undo those stigmas. Wellbeing Writing is an invitation to tap into discomfort and explore topics such as personal challenges, that are usually not discussed. We offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to explore these themes in a one-hour session.

There is no right or wrong way to show up to Wellbeing Writing; what’s important is that you show up.
