About the Event

Join us in "Holiday Hopefulness"  - A Fireside Chat with Jeanie on Mindfulness on December 10, 2020, in this 75-minute session for an inspiring talk, Q&A session with a licensed therapist, and, of course, writing time for introspection. Bring your hot chocolate and blankets!

It’s the end of 2020, and what a year it has been. The holidays are always hectic, but this year the holidays and the start of a new year could be a source of extra stress as we try to celebrate during a pandemic. A great way to help us thrive through this time is by practicing mindfulness.

The 3 Ps of Mindfulness  - purpose, power, and practice  - is a "BRAIN CHANGER," so says clinician and national mental health speaker Jeanie Y. Chang, LMFT, CMHIMP, CCTP (Founder of Your Change Provider, PLLC and MTN's Clinical Advisor). Using mindfulness as a tool can train and re-train your brain that can change your life!  Realize the impact of strategic mindfulness to cultivate personal self-growth and recognize meaning and purpose in the present moment.  Envelope yourself in holiday hopefulness this season.

Jeanie Chang is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Founder of Your Change Provider, PLLC, an interdisciplinary practice founded on solutions and cultural confidence™ in promoting good mental health and wellness. Jeanie’s clinical expertise extends well outside the therapy room. She is an accomplished national speaker for corporate, community, and colleges on topics such as burnout, resilience, mindfulness, stress, workplace wellness, and mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, and suicidality.
