About the Event
As summer heats up and responsibilities continue to accumulate, we invite you to take shelter in the shade of our next Writing Veranda, where we’ll reflect on how we prevent burnout and nurture ourselves during challenging times. As human beings working to make ends meet and achieve our goals, we understand the toll that day-to-day tasks can take on our well-being. This session aims to be a space where we can share our experiences, insights, and coping mechanisms for maintaining a sustainable and fulfilling practice.
Together, we will explore our stories, feelings, challenges, and successes of building our self-awareness and mindfulness, empowering each other to strike a balance between our personal endeavors and self-care. Let’s support each other on this path of continual growth. We hope to see you there!
