About the Event

February is the month of Valentine’s Day, a day to celebrate relationships with love and affection. Some love it, some hate it. While this day generally celebrates romantic relationships, there are other important relationships in our life to consider as well.

This month, we’ll delve into the theme of relationships and what our family and friends mean to us. We will take time to think about and evaluate the important people in our lives and explore what a healthy relationship with all those people might look like. This includes the concepts of communication styles and setting boundaries. Of course, we will also dig into our relationship with ourselves and the steps we want to take to stay true to ourselves.

The week will include:

A Sunday session to gain a clearer view of the important people in our lives and what they mean to us

A Friday session to unpack what kind of relationship we want to nurture with the important people in our lives going forward

Daily activities and journaling prompts to keep you mindful and involved
