About the Event

It’s been a wild year...Yup. We might act like once 2020 is over, things will be different. In reality, the world won’t just shift for the better once the clock strikes midnight on New Year’s Day. We may not be able to control the direction of the pandemic and the economy, but let’s think about what we can control: our own lives and environment.

Join Moving the Needles in our Winter Cleaning, as we cleanse our minds and our physical surroundings to wrap up the past year and prepare for 2021. With three weeks left in the year, we’ll take a look at what we still want to accomplish this holiday season. We’ll take stock of the year through journaling and introspection, and we’ll clear our minds to start fresh for the new year.

In this workshop, we will have:

  • A Sunday session (6 PM PT/9 PM ET) to ground down and get you ready for a productive week
  • An accountability challenge to keep you active and engaged throughout the week
  • A Friday session (6 PM PT/9 PM ET) where we can explore our deeper thoughts and emotions
