About the Event
As summer ebbs away and autumn descends, many children are heading back to school. As they return to the classrooms, I hope to take this time for us to return to our own inner child and childhood wounds. While we each have our unique childhood experiences, I imagine we have also had moments where our parent, caregiver, or trusted adult figure was unable to meet our needs. As children, we had to figure out how to cope without having that need met.
In our session together, I hope to create a welcoming space where we feel safe enough to write and untangle those experiences so that we can connect the dots and build positive adult relationships moving forward. While being vulnerable can feel daunting, I encourage you to use this space to explore your past and present feelings as needed. As always, all you need is yourself and something to write with for our session together. I hope to see you there! 💕
This September writing session will be hosted by Sabrina Lee.
