Sometimes it’s difficult to carve time out of your day to take care of your mind and body. You know you need to pause, but the constant whirring and noise of your to-do list get in the way.

Taking a moment to pause and be present with yourself can help you feel recharged, relaxed, and connected. Come start your day with the Moving the Needles’ community and treat yourself to 30 minutes of guided meditation and light stretching!

What's the flow?

  • 5 minutes of guided standing meditation - finding your balance

  • 5 minutes of silent meditation - getting in touch with your inner self

  • 20 minutes of light, gentle stretching - opening up possibilities for your day
