About the Event
Sometimes it’s difficult to carve time out of your day to take care of your mind and body. You know you need to pause, but the constant whirring and noise of your to-do list get in the way.
Taking a moment to pause and be present with yourself can help you feel recharged, relaxed, and connected. Come start your day with the Moving the Needles’ community and treat yourself to 30 minutes of guided meditation and light stretching!
What's the flow?
- 5 minutes of guided standing meditation - finding your balance
- 5 minutes of silent meditation - getting in touch with your inner self
- 20 minutes of light, gentle stretching - opening up possibilities for your day
- (Optional) 15 minutes of silent, collective journaling - clearing your mind after your body
Who can join?
All levels are welcome and you can modify and do your own thing. You may also drop in at any point in the session.
What do I need?
While we recommend you have a mat or carpet, no equipment is needed. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes (yes to sweats!), your morning drink, and your presence.

This session will be guided by Toffy Char, co-founder of Moving the Needles. We are a global platform and community dedicated to healing the world through words.
