Asian Mental Well-Being Support Space

In light of the recent events in Georgia, MindTerra is holding a Support Space for those in the Asian community to reflect and process their emotions through writing and self-expression. The intention of this space is to foster community, resource sharing, and mental well-being. The event will include prompts for individual reflection, and a large group discussion and sharing time for those who are comfortable. Allies are welcomed to come listen and support.

Proceeds will go to fund commUNITY Action Fund by Hate Is A Virus to support local AAPI communities with resources to care for their mental health, combat racism and race-based violence.

This session will be hosted by ShanShan Guo and co-hosted by Fair Pisuttisarun.
